To son Thomas Clagett, land In Prince George's Co., 127 a,
To the child of my wife is now big with and unborn, be it son or dau, all that land in William and Mary Parish, Charles Co. called "New Alford," 80 a.
To wife two Negroes Ben and Pegg.
To son Thomas Negroes Clem and Harry.
To dau. Prissilla Negroes Sue and Kate,
To child my wife is big with, Negroes David and Phill.
I leave my son Thomas and dau. Prissilla to the care and direction of their grandfather Mr. Thomas Gantt of Prince George's Co. or if he refuses then to their uncle Edward Gantt of Calvert Co.
The estate stands chargeable with the sum of 300 pounds sterling payable to Dr. Gustavus Brown,
To son Thomas tract called "Croom" which I bought as also that which my father gave me.
Rent from tracts, "Carooms" "Pitch Croft" and "Brockhate", to be divided among my children.
Wife and Edward Gantt, brother in law, exs.
