Edward was married to Grace Mason. He lived in a house he build in Fox Hills, Los Angeles Co., California. He sold this house in the late 1960s and move to Bell in a house he had built on his sister Katherine's property. He died there in 1971. He was a super salesman. He sold batteries and was in the "million dollar" sales category. He was stuck by a hit and run auto driver in the late 1930s and was always bothered by his legs. He did walk again, but it took years of braces, wheelchairs, crutches, and a burning perseverance. It was his nature to win. He was well liked and was a member of the Shriners and was a 32nd degree mason (he never took on the job that was offered as Grand Leader). He had no children. His Social Security No. was 561-14-0367.
