!Will, dated October 11, 1862, probated in Prince Georges County, November 4, 1862, by Joshua T. Clarke, Dennis Duvall, Benjamin H. Beckett, and Mary A. Duvall:
Named his son, William W. Duvall, as executor and devised him all realty in Prince Georges County, and one half of the negroes and personal estate.
His daughter, Laura V. Griffith, was willed all realty in Anne Arundel County.
To his 'undutiful son Truman Duvall' he bequeathed 5 shillings.
His son, William, and daughter, Laura, were to care for 'my son Thomas W. Duvall and daughter Josephene O. Duvall.
