!Maryland Probate Records: Will of Richard Stallings, signed - Mar 7, 1750/51, proved - Mar 30 1751:
To grandson, Richard Stallings, son of Richard Stallings, 35 acres of land to be laid whereon Newman Harvey formerly lived;
to son, Absolom Stallings, land whereon he now lives over the road leading from Doctor John Hamilton's to James Williamson's;
to three sons, Benjamin, Abraham and Phineas, remainder of land to be equally divided between them so that son Phineas have dwelling house and that part of land where I now live, Benjamin and Abraham where they now live and heretofore settled;
that each of sons and grandson Richard Stallings, as aforesaid, bear and pay an equal part each of what money is due from me to Benjamin Tasker, Esq,
to wife, Mary Stallings, slaves, and at her decease, to daughters Mary and Elizabeth Stallings;
Executer: son Phineas Stallings. Witnesses: Philip Allingham, Lewis, Griffith, and John Skinner.
