Name may have been Charles JORDAN
Death date may have been NOVEMBER 1769

Matthew Jordan and many of his descendants migrated from Albemarle Co., VA to Laurens Co., SC then to Wilkes Co., GA. Some of these descendants then migrated to Autauga Co., AL between 1815 and 1821. The earliest relative in that set was William B. Jordan who was born in AL about 1815. I believe he was William Benjamin Jordan and was related to the William, Benjamin and Reuben Jordans who migrated to Wilkes Co., GA and who were descendants of Matthew Jordan b 1712 in VA, d November 1769 in Albemarle, Virginia.
