Will of Sarah Brice drawn 4/13/1725 probated 12/30/1726. To daughters Anne
Denton & hrs 130a "Howard's Inheritance" Severn River bought from s/o William
Worthington, son in law Nicholas Ridgely & daughter Sarah his wife; l50 in full
of her p/o estat. Neither she nor son in law Vachel Denton to be charged for
any salary for what was paid them on account of the said Anne father's estate.
To daughter Rachel l130 & personalty. To son Charles Worthington l300 &
personalty. To granddaughters Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel, Ruth, and Anne Ridgley,
sons John, Thomas & William Worthington & wives of said sons, son in laws
Nicholas Ridgley & Vachell Denton, cousins James Butcher & John Brice,
personalty. To son John Brice & hrs residue of real estate & personalty. To
grandchild viz son John Worthington's child, son Thomas Worthington's child &
daughtre, Sarah Ridgley's child, residue of personal estate. Son John Brice &
daughter Rachel Brice to be paid their portion of their father's estate
according to balance remaining in the commissionary's office. Exs Sons Thomas
Worthington & John Brice. Test Charles Hammond, Robert Jubb, Judith Danenlen
Codicil: 3/13/1725 To son William Worthington & son in law Vachel Denton L30
each. To 2 grandchildren born to sons John & William Worthington since making
