From Richard Brashear Jr, the estate passed out of the hands of the Brashear family. It is near Shepherdsville, KY and on it is the old burying ground. It is supposed Marsham is buried there, although it is not possible to prove, as the graves are unmarked. (from N.R. Roy, "The Phelps Family of Va & KY")
