!US CENSUS 1860: Maryland, 5th Electoral District; Montgomery Co.; Sandy Springs Post Office; 12 June 1860; page 21 Dwelling 151 Family 148 Shows Clark Family...Henry E. 38 years..Farmer..Land Value $6000/Property $2300 All born in Maryland...Ann wife 38 years..Augusta 18, Rachel 17, Henrietta 16, Charles 14, Ann M 12, Samuel 9, Marian 7, Richard 5, Edmund 4 and Harding 2 This means that Augusta was born in 1842. Same as 1850 Census.

!US CENSUS 1880: Maryland, 5th Electoral District; Montgomery Co. Vol 15 ED 115 Sheet 25 Line 7: Shows John E Turner 46 yrs old and Augustine Turner 36 (Born in 1844 not 1839??) all children match records found elsewhere.

!US CENSUS 1900 (14 & 15 June): Maryland, District 13, Wheaton; Montgomery Co. Vol 36 ED 66 Sheet 11 line 90: Listing for Augusta Turner (b. Dec 1839 - 60) as head of the family. States she was a WIDOW and had 13 children of which 7 children were still living. She was born in Maryland as were both her parents. Living with her in 1900 were Benjamin (b. June 1876 - 23), Nettie (b. Nov. 1879 - 20), "Edmond J" (b. June 1883 - 16), and Charles H (b. April 1886 - 14). They lived in Dwelling 195 and were Family 202. Their house is very close to the CLARKs-OHP (b. Aug 1856) her cousin; OHP (b. Sept 1832) her Uncle; C. Mason (b. May 1860) her cousin.
