To son John and hrs., 200 A. "Rogers Chance." If he die without hrs. afsd. land to pass to son Samuel and hrs. and in turn to dau. Agness.
To dau. Agness and hrs., 200 A. of "John and Joans Choice." If she die without hrs. land to pass to Samuel and hrs. and in turn to son John.
To wife Joan, 325 A. "John and Joans Choice" and dwelling plantation. At her death to pass to Samuel and hrs. and in turn to John and hrs. and Agness and hrs.
