Ratcliff R. Boon II, like his father, continued as a planter/farmer living in Isle of Wight Co., VA. It is believed that he was married 2 or 3 times and that he was married to Mary Raiford (Rayford) and Patience Bradshaw.

In the Name of God Amen - I Radliff BOON of the County of Isle of Wight County Being over mindfull of the Uncertainty of this Mortal State do make and Ordain this my Last will and Testament In Manner and form followi
Item. I give and Bequeath unto my Loving Wife Patience BOON one Feather Bed and Furniture, to her and her heirs for ever.
Item. I Will and desire that my Plantation and Still should be sold and equally divided between my three Children, Viz. William BOON Jesse BOON, and Sion BOON, to them and their heirs for ever.
Item. I Will and desire that all my Negroes Learner Natt Fillice and her increase should be sold and divided between my two Children Jesse BOON and Selah BRADSHAW, Lacking Twenty Pounds, and that Twenty Pounds to my Grandson Willis ENGLISH, but Encase [sic] he should die before he Comes of Lawfull Age it is my Will and desire that the Twenty Pounds should be equally divided between my two Grandsons Randliff BOON and Johua [sic] BOON to them and their heirs for ever.
Item. I Will and desire that all the Remainder of my Estate which is not Given away should be sold and equally Divided Between my wife Patience BOON, William BOON, Jesse BOON, Sion BOON, Selah BRADSHAW, and Mary Nemls, [sic] but it is my will that Mary NELMS's part should be equally divided between all her Children that is a Live. And to Elizabeth WEBB; No more of my Estate.
Item. I do Constitute ; make and Ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament, and do hereby Appoint my Son Sion BOON and Robert ELEY my Whole and Sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, disinualing [disannulling] and Revoking all Other Will or Wills Writing Claims or demands, whatsoever
