This information from Greg Nelson GNelson942@@aol.com : "The founder of Cumberland Maryland was General Samuel Beall son of Ninian Beall Jr. and the executor of his grandfather's, Ninian Beall the immigrant's will. He fought against General Burgoyne in the Revolutionary War and was killed in battle in 1777. presently there are no record of descendants for him."
