Notes for Charles Silver

Charles whom Frankie Stuart Silver killed with an axe on Dec 22 1831. Frankie (Frances) STUART (daughter of Isaiah STUART and Barbara UNKNOWN) died in 1833 in A Hangman's Noose. Witnesses for the prosecution were:

She escaped jail on 18 Jun 1833 but was soon recaptured and hanged. She died on 12 Jul 1833 in Morganton (Burke)
