"10 May 1707. Edward Eastham and Anne his now wife, of St. Stephens Parish, King and Queen Co., sell William Crodoudus and Robert Moody, for 5600 lb tobo, 225 acres woodland ground in South Farnham Parish in Essex Co., being part of 740 acres granted James Taylor deceased, and by his last will left his daughter Ann Taylor now the wife of the said Edw. Eastham. Adjoins the line of...."

The Taylor family is connected to the Eastham family [Chapter 5] by the marriage of Anne Taylor to Edward Eastham in 1682. The Eastham family is connected to the Palmer family [Chapter 4] by the marriage of Mary (Polly) Eastham to Moses Palmer on 25 Aug 1803 in Halifax Co., Virginia. The Palmer family is connected to the Greenwade family [Chapter 1] through the marriage of Mary Ann Palmer to John J. Greenwade on 26 February 1840 in Halifax Co., Virginia. Their granddaughter, Julia Winslett Greenwade (my grandmother), married James Wilson McCown on 15 November 1911 in Whitney, Texas.
