I, George T. McCutcheon of the County of Newton and State of Missouri, Planter, do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby sevaring and making void all former wills by me at any heretofore made and
First I direct that my body be decently buried in a manner suitable to condition in life: And as to such worldly Estates as it hath pleased God to entrust me with I dispose of the same as follows: first I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as follows: even after my decease as posible out of any money that I may die possesed of or may first come in to the hands of any executor from any portion of my Estate real or personal
Secondly: I give and bequeath my my real Estate consisting of one hundred and twenty acres + 98/100 being the land upon which I now reside the same. To be hers during her natural life and at her death to revert to my heirs but my wife Catherine is to have power at any time that she deems it necessary to sell and dispose of said real Estate in any manner which She may think advantageous to the interest of my Estate.
I also give and bequeath to my wife all my personal property and that she sell enough of my personal property as is Sufficient to pay all my debts.
I do hereby make ordain and appoint my beloved wife Catherine H. McCutcheon Executor of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I George T. McCutcheon the said testator have to this my writen on one Sheet of paper Set my hand and Seal this the 9th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand and Eight hundred and Sixty George T. McCutcheon
