Notes for Solomon Weddle

!Will of Pulaski Co., Kentucky, Book 7 Page 182, Solomon Weddle - 10 April 1886:

Know ??? by the ???? that I, S. Weddle in the County of Pulaski and State of Kentucky ??? last will and testament.

First, I give and bequeath to my loving beloved wife Patsy, the farm and ??? of all kind and all other ??? including the house ??? for her benefit during her natural life and I appoint her to fill the ???.

Second, I give and bequeath to my daughters fifty dollars each in ??? I give my sons, this is to make them equal, they ??? by the execution where the estate is wound up. ??? of the estate, I give and bequeath to my sons and daughters to be divided in equal shares among them. I ??? the executors to see their families kept up and aid ??? and collecting debts. These are ???.

???...and appoint Galen E. Weddle, Jacob T. Weddle to be the executors to wind up all the business, and reserve one half ??? acre of land for a grave yard and ??? them to sell the land and all the property. This is my last will and testament this April the 10th 1886.

I, John S. May, clerk of Pulaski County Court, do certify that the foregoing instrument of [unreadable] proporting to be the Last Will and Testament of S. Weddle, deceased, was at the April ??? 1890 of the Pulaski County Court, presented in April Court and the hand writing of the said S. Weddle, deceased, being proved according to law by the oaths of G. E. Weddle, James M. Weddle and James T. Eastham to be the ??? last will and testament of S. Weddle, deceased. And said instrument was ordered by the court to be admitted as such ??? Last Will and Testament of S. Weddle, deceased. Wherefore I have recorded it and the ???. Given unto my hand this May 6th 1890.
