The Moody family was broken up between 1910 and 1920 when the father Isaac Moody was put in the Jefferson County Home, in Brookville, PA. There was another son George B. Moody who was put out on a farm and went to California when he was 16 and worked on the railroad. There was also twin girls that were adopted by the newspaper family in Brookville, PA and then moved to Butler, PA and then to Reading, PA. My mother was adopted by a family in Butler, PA and now lives in Tampa, FL. She is the only one of the children living. The mother was only able to keep the eldest son David Isaac or Isaac David with her. David was killed in a farm accident in Aug 1942 but haven't been able locate the data or place of the mothers death. Assume it to be prior to David's death because she is not mentioned in the news articles of his farm accident. David lived in Erie Co., NY and died in the hospital in Erie, PA. He had a farm in Erie Co., NY
