(son b. 1900 - 30 - in PA - Occ: Salesman Engr. Supplies); and Wilson W. (son b. 1904 - 26 - in NY). ALSO LISTED is: Lester Haskins (b. 1906 - 24 - in VA - Occ: Servant - Fa: VA and Mo: VA)

Middle initial is W, not F, on this real photograph (Gail Elizabeth Summers Bleistein says about a photo in her possession). She indicates that some of her photos of this fairly dispersed line are taken in a NY Studio. Yet, in one family record (copy obtained from CCHS) it does say in one place Wilson Fitzgerald Chew. Still, Wilson W. Chew seems to predominate.- VES.

Wilson W. Chew, son of the late Major W. Wesley Chew, of this city, died in Bronxville, N.Y., on Monday at the age of fifty-nine. Mr. Chew was born in Camden and lived here until he reached early manhood. He made a fine reputation as a newspaper advertising executive and was connected with nmewspapers in Philadelphia until his removal to New York. For twelve years he was Eastern representative of the San Francisco Examiner, the Los Angeles Examiner and the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. He is survived by his widow and two sons, Jay and WIlson, Jr.

!N.Y. Times February 5th, 1935:
Wilson W. Chew, Noted Advertising Man, Dies at 59
Wilson W. Chew, 59, long connected with newspapers in an advertising capacity and for many years a Hearst advertising executive, died at Bronxville yesterday. Born in Camden, N.J., Mr. Chew lived there for many years and entered the newspaper field in Philadelphia, whence he came to New York to join the staff of the New York Evening Journal. Later he was affiliated with other Hearst newspapers.
For twelve years Mr. Chew was eastern advertising representative of Mr. Hearst's morning newspapers published on the Pacific Coast, namely, the San Francisco Examiner, Los Angeles Examiner
and Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
After the amalgamation of the representation of these newspapers with the Rodney E. Boone organization, Mr. Chew remained a member of that organization until the time of his death. He was a
member of St. Andrews Golf Club.
Mr. Chew leaves his widow and two sons, Jay Chew and Wilson W. Chew, Jr.
