David Bushong, a minor son of Philip Bushong deceased, being above the age of 14 years, comes into court and chooses Henry Witmer of Lampeter Township guardian during his minority.

David Bushong, son of Philip Sr. is buried near Bristol on line between VA andTN. He was the father of George Bushong, a hero in the War of 1812 for whom a marker was recently erected in Paperville Cemetery, TN.
