Rebecca's second husband. Skullyville Cemetery #60. He was, at one time, a member of the fabled Choctaw "Light Horse" lawmen. At the time of his death, he was Sheriff of Fort Coffee, and was killed apprehending a man stealing livestock. It has been written in numerous places his murderer was, in turn, killed by his older brother, Green McCurtain.
