St. Peters Parish Reg., New Kent Co., VA gives the births of William Allen and his first wife Hannah
______ children. William Allen's will in Albemarle Co., VA names these same children. It is said Hannah was a Watson but no proof of her maiden name has been found.
William Allen's second wife Mary Hunt, widow of Robert Minge married as her third husband Field Jefferson father of Peterfield so she was his wifes step grandmother and his step mother.
