Jan 1855 - 45 - in Illinois - Fa: IL and Mo: TN) having 12 children by her former husband (Smith) of which 8 are still alive. Children listed (all born in IL as were both parents) are: Martha E. Smith (step-dau b. Jun 1884 - 15); Cena A. Smith (step-dau b. Aug 1886 - 13); John H. Smith (step-son b. Sept 1890 - 9); and Modglin C. Smith (step-son b. Nov 1892 - 7)
