Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Hickory Grove Baptist church and burial will be in the church cemetery. Cause of death pneumonia, hypertension, Bright's Disease (kidney).

Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Hickory Grove Baptist church and burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be G. A. Fisher, A. A. Fisher, E. E. Smith, S. E. Abernethy, H. F. Bost and J. H. Presson. Surviving him are three daughters, Mrs. A. C. Fisher of Charlotte, Mrs. H. F. Bost of Mount Holly, and Mrs. S. E. Abernethy of Belmont; and one brother, J. F. Joy of Charlotte, and the following sisters, Mrs. Etta Martin, Mrs. Cora Grist, and Mrs. Eunice Martin, all of Lenoir."
