Notes for Gerhard Hermann Reuver

Occupation: banker. Religion: Evangelical Lutheran Restored.
In 1778 moved to Amsterdam and settled there around 1780 as a banker. In July 1791 he was member of the Reformed Lutheran church, and supported them with large financial contributions. From 1798 he performed regularly as (President) Elder and has also held positions just financial. He was a socially-minded man and played a mediating role in many conflicts.
