They lived in Dartmouth, Mass and in Dutchess Co., New York with a WING family and others to establish a Quaker Church at the place later known as Quaker Hill near So. Dover, New York. His will made out 4 Mar. 1776 was proved 2 July 1794. His old Bible shows birth of son John only, but his will names his wife Frances, son John, daughter -in-law Sarah, daughter Rebecker and son-in-law Enoch HOAG and daughter of his wife Rebecker T. DOONDER. He shows on tax list Feb. 1762-1767 at Beekman, NY and 1771-1778 at Pawling, Dutchess Co., NY.
