Sarah (1724-1815), married in Pennsylvania to John Wilsockson was not a Quaker. They lived on a land grant near the present Cooleemee, Davie Co., NC. The family moved to Kentucky probably in 1779. Moved to NC about 1750, to KY before 1782. Built a log house in Mocksville, Davie, NC which still stands. The home is southwest of Mocksville, NC, to the left off of Highway 601-overlooking Bear Creek. 640 acres on both sides of Bear Creek next to Bentley & Thomas Maxfield. 500 acres on Bear Creek next to Benjamin Gaither.
