!Will of Nathan Brashears, Jr. - 3 Dec. 1817, Fairfield Co. Ohio:
"In the name of God, Amen. I, Nathan Brashears, being weak in body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory, behold the Almighty God for the Jadea, do make and publish this my last will and testament in Quarimas and for the following, that is to say;
1st, I give and bequeath unto my loving wife all the lands and tenaments which I now properly hold and am now living on during her widowhood, Eleven or Twelve Acres on each side of said land with the improvement thereon which I grant the use of to Hennretta Mahoney during her natural life provided she live on the premises herself and lives unmarried.
I further grant and bequeath unto my loving wife, Elizabeth, all my goods and chattels of what was ??? or of value after all my debts are paid and all funeral expenses.
I appoint Elizabeth my sole executor, 3 Dec. 1817
