Legatees -- Wife;
Son John Battaile Fitzhugh - lands in Caroline and Orange;
son William - land on Cedar Run, Fauquier County;
son George - land on Turkey Run, Fauquier;
son Thomas - a tract of 800 acres in Fauquier;
to youngest sons, Nicholas, Richard, Mordecai, Battaile and Giles - lands in Fairfax called Ravensworth;
to his grandson and heir - Henry Fitzhugh - all his lands in King George and Stafford.
